Nestled above the ridge, adjacent to Wave Hill house, you will find the luxurious Pool House, a home you would expect to find in the Hollywood Hills!

Showcasing modern luxuries alongside an infinity mineral swimming pool this stunning home boasts high ceilings, bespoke finishes, an abundance of natural light, private nooks and open spaces creating a unique luxury escape.

Entering through the kitchen you will feel amongst the elements with the option of opening the glass sliding windows for alfresco cooking and open bar experience.

From here, enter the indoor dining room through sliding doors, the perfect space for enjoying a meal on windy or cooler evenings. A double sided gas fireplace is shared with the adjacent media room featuring a rosewood mantelpiece and hidden sliding doors for privacy.

The bunk room is also accessed from here, walk through the impressive ensuite (which doubles as a wet area for the pool deck), a roman style bath and shower as well as separate toilet. Great for children!

The sunroom, lined with corrugated rosewood and velvet cushioned seating, invites you to curl up with a good book and cup of tea while taking in the view of the trees and beyond the outdoor lounge space.

This connects the dining area through to an additional lounge space complete with kitchenette that spills out onto the expansive deck.

The Master bedroom commands the North East corner of the property opening on to a private section of the deck overlooking the forest and ocean featuring an ensuite with twin shower heads and sinks. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your king bed or take advantage of the block out curtains and sleep in.

The courtyard room, also with a king bed, offers a peaceful and private retreat to read and soak up the sun.

The entire house is air-conditioned with the option of ceiling fans and louvered windows if natural cooling is preferred.
