This architecturally designed home, the first built on the site, will welcome you from the moment you arrive with its floating curved balcony offering ocean views for miles.

The sweeping spiral staircase guides you from the entrance (around an indoor putting green) to the open plan living area where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, all with ocean views.

An extendable dining table on the balcony is a spectacular setting to enjoy a meal, cook a BBQ, witness sunrise and sunsets, watch the surf or experience the whale migration (May to October).

The master bedroom with a king bed, sofa bed and TV offers an ensuite with bath and separate shower. A perfect retreat for couples who enjoy space and the option to watch the surf from the comfort of their bed!

The west wing is home to a Queen bedroom with an ensuite and a 3rd bedroom sleeping four in a bunk and twin beds (can also be setup as a king bed), with separate bathroom.

Off the central living area you will find a powder room for guests and fully equipped laundry and pantry.

Step out into the manicured garden and you will find a bespoke BBQ setting and access to the adjacent pool house.
